NOTES FOR ALL UNIT HOLDERS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. ARTICLES PLACED FOR SALE IN ST MARTINS ANTIQUES CENTRE ARE AT UNIT HOLDER'S RISK.
  2. Rent/Deposit - rent is always paid, four weekly, in advance. A deposit, the equivalent of four weeks rent, is required at the outset plus four weeks rent. Thereafter rent is due at four weekly intervals.
  3. Four weeks notice is required when you wish to vacate your unit.
  4. Unit holders are advised to arrange their own insurance. Payments for articles sold are made fortnightly on the Friday following the end of the accounting period. You may leave a stamped addressed envelope and the cheque will be forwarded to you.
