Space for dealers is available in:

  • Floorspace
  • Wallspace, and
  • Cabinet space (available in glass - large, medium and small)

    Floor and cabinet space currently available. If you wish to apply for any available space, you can download a printable one-page application form by clicking below. You can then print it, fill it in and post it to us, or bring it with you to the Centre.

    Terms and Conditions for All Unit Holders

  • Articles placed for sale in St. Martins Antiques Centre are at unit holder's risk
  • Rent/Deposit - rent is always paid, four weekly, in advance. A deposit, the equivalent of four weeks rent, is required at the outset plus four weeks rent. Thereafter rent is due at four weekly intervals.
  • Four weeks notice is required when you wish to vacate your unit.
  • Unit holders are advised to arrange their own insurance.
  • Payments for articles sold are made fortnightly on the Friday following the end of the accounting period. You may leave a stamped addressed envelope and the cheque will be forwarded to you.
