Description
This circa 1870 French snuff has an engraved image to the silvered copper centre, called ”Coquetterie” after a painting by the French artist Jean Baptiste Greuze ( ”d’apres Greuze” engraved under image). The sides have an engine turned pattern. Diameter 6cms
Condition: Very good. The box has a twist and pull lid to open
