Refunds and Returns

Understand our policy on returning or requesting a refund for your order

We hope you are delighted with your purchases, but if for any reason you are not happy then please contact us by e-mail within 72 hours of delivery: shop@st-martins-antiques.co.uk.

If it is within your Statutory rights to receive a refund, we will happily refund the full purchase price, excluding the original postage costs once items are received from you in the condition in which they were sent.

Please return the item by the same means as it was delivered to you ie: Courier/Royal Mail, with insurance to the value of the item returned or by Courier as detailed on the returns slip included with your delivered item. We do not refund return postage costs incurred by you.

If a refund is given, please allow 14 days for the refund to clear.

All items must be returned :

  • in the same condition as the delivered item
  • enclosed within the box or packaging used for our delivery to you
  • all items must be sufficiently packaged to ensure no damage occurs to the item in transit.
